Abstract
In our experiments we used the male rats Long Evans in which the adjuvant arthritis were provoked. During the whole period of adjuvant arthritis the tiapridal was tested.
We are using the methods of tail-flick and plantar test. We also measured the body weight of the animals, their hind paw swelling and their temperature.
From all these tests we can not conclude that tiapridal has a protective or treating effect in the model of adjuvant arthritis.
