Abstract
The paper classifies conceptual apparatus of Czech historiography between scientific thought of German historical sociology (Max Weber, Georg Simmel - sociological nominalism, individualism, autonomy of spiritual foundation of values) and that of the school of Annales in France (collectivism, structural and functional roots of values). Czech historiography thus seems to be closer to the second one.
