Abstract
New selective inhibitors of CYP2B subfamily enzymes (2-isopropenyl-2-methyladamantane and 3-isopropenyl-3-methyldiamantane) were discovered. These inhibitors act as competitive inhibitors with respect to the enzyme substrate.
