Abstract
The article is aimed at some problems of the administrative law relations. It deals with questions of the concept, the distinctive attributes, the classification and the dynamics of them, with their elements and with the distinguishing between the administrative law relations and the privat law.
The new atributes are related especially to the institute of the administrative law contract between private law persons. The developmnet of our legislation makes the diference between the administrative law relations and the private law ones more relative.
