Abstract
The purpose of this article is to present the most important case of the Czech Constitutional Court and the Supreme Administrative Court relating to the possibility of audience participation in decision-making in the field of environmental protection, in particular the possibility of legal (judicial) protection of the law and outlines important directions in the judicature.
