Abstract
The article discusses new legal provisions of civil procedure and on introduction of preliminary hearing thereto. The same issue is dealt with in connection with specific procedure under Part V of the Code of Civil Procedure.
In both cases, the objective of these new legal provisions, effective as of July 2009, is speed up and rationalize the court proceedings.
