Laser-ablated Ag colloids as efficient carriers of 3-thiopheneacetic acid spacer for SERRS of unperturbed free-base cationic porphyrin

Abstract

Thiopheneacetate was proved to be an efficient spacer between laser-ablated Ag nanoparticles and a free-base cationic porphyrin, enabling thus to obtain SERRS spectra of the native form of the porphyrin. The spacer is i nactive with chemically prepared clloids.
