Evidence for reductive activation of carcinogenic aristolochic acid by CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 enzymes: 32P-postlabelling analysis of DNA adduct formation

Abstrakt

Aristolochic acid are activated to form DNA adduts by microsomal enzyme system. CYP1A1 and CYP1A2 together with NADPH:CYP reductase are responisible for the activation.
