Pragian/Zlíchovian and Zlíchovian/Dalejan boundary sections in the Lower Devonian of the Barrandian area, Czech Republic

Abstrakt

Different concepts of the international subdivision of the Emsian stage within the Lower Devonian are discussed. The potential of the sections in the Barandian area, central Bohemia, as subtage boundary stratotypes are evaluated and the paleontological bckground is summarized.
