Conformational flexinility and stability of active sites of cytchromes P-450 3A4, 1A2 and 102 (BM-3)

Abstract

The study shows that the conformational flexibility is not directly related to denaturation to P-420 form, the 3A4 isoforms differ from the other studied by its flexibility and stability.
