Rab and Rho GTPases in yeast and plant cell growth and morphogenesis

Abstrakt

A review summarizing current knowledge concerning the role of small G-proteins and their co-factors in growth and morphogenesis of plant and yeast cells, focused in particular on the contribution of Rho-related GTPases to cytoskeletal organisation and RaGTPases to intracellular transport.
