Antioxidative systems in leaves of in vitro grown tobacco plantlets as affected by sucrose and irradiance

Abstrakt

As the consequence of increased production of reactive oxygen species in leaves of plantlets grown under higher irradiances, an increase in enzymes activities, in ascorbate and glutathione but also in TBA-reactive substances was found.
