Stomatal characteristics of in vitro grown tobacco plantlets as affected by growth irradiance and during their acclimatization to ex vitro conditions

Abstrakt

The clearly expressed differences in stomatal density and sizes between originally high light grown and low light grown in vitro plantlets disappeared during the first weeks of acclimatization of the plants to the same ex vitro environment.
