Abstract
Article is dealing with research into and monitoring of the employment of higher education graduates. It sums up some of the research outcomes while paying specific attention to the situation of graduates of Charles University and its faculties.
It is based, above all, on an analysis of the employability of graduates of Czech HE institutions in the 2003-2007 period, and on international research into the work situation of HE graduates (the REFLEX project).
