Abstract
According to progressive trends in education, the transformation of the Czech school has reached the stage of adapting new curricular documents. One of the priorities in the current education is the education towards healthy lifestyle in its broad sense.
The contribution informs about new conception of education towards health in the “National Curriculum” and points out current problems that arise during the incorporation of the educational field “Human and Health” into school curriculum.
