A report of the LLP-Comenius 2AgePro Consortium decribes five scenarios for reciprocal learning and professional know-how exchange between junior and senior teachers that will be applied with ICT in pilot schools in the Czech Republic, Finland, Germany, the Netherlands and Sweden.
