Intevention púrogrammes in prevention of musculosceletal disorders. Ergonomics and rehabilitation approach.

Abstract

The aim of the study was to influence functional state of locomotor apparatus in group of 18 persons working in sitting position with computer. At the beginning, we provided a total manual examination of the locomotor apparatus, questionary regarding healthy, professional and social anamnesis and biomechanical evaluation of working places and working load.

Objectivization of the spinal and back shapes was provided using shadow moire method. Interventions were subdivided into rehabilitation and ergonomic ones.

The first one consisted of passive (examination and treatment in rehabilitation departments) and active (rehabilitation exercising in groups under supervision or selfexercising during working breaks). Ergonomic interventions were based and on improvement of working place and on introduction of labil elements (on the chair or behind the back).
