Abstract

THE AIM OF THIS PAPER IS TO PRESENT THE MAIN FINDINGS IN EVALUATION OF EXTERNAL COSTS OF ELECTRICITY AND HEAT PRODUCTION FOR THE CZECH REPUBLIC, I.E. THE MAJOR IMPACTS COMING FROM THE PRODUCTION AND TRANSFORMATION OF ENERGY.

SEVEN MAJOR TYPES OF DAMAGES AND HEAT GENERATION DIFFER GREATLY, DEPENDING ON FUEL CHOICE, TECHNOLOGY AND GEOGRAPHICAL LOCATION OF POWER PLANT. IN PAPER IS CONDUCTED THE COMPARATIVE EVALUATION ON VARIOUS FOSSIL FUEL CYCLES USING THE BOTTOM-UP APPROACH CONSIDERING THE SITE-DEPENDENC
