Abstract
In the days of 9th – 10th June 2006, the Ministry of Health and Transport Research Centre organised the workshop about cycling as a part the XIth conference „Crystal Heart“ in Poděbrady. The presentation of implementation of the Cycling Strategy with emphasis on construction of cycle paths in the region and funding made a part of the workshop.
It was based on findings of the research project „Analysis of needs and priorities in construction of the cycling infrastructure in the Czech Republic“ and the research mission „Sustainable transport – a chance for our future, phase 3.1.4. „Cycling in urban areas“
