Eventual relationships between the Logo-test (an existential frustration measure by E. S.
Lukas) and psychological scales of the Cloninger's TPQ, Eysenck's EPQ and IVE, Amthauer's IST, Leary et al.'s ICL (all in their Czech versions) have been examined in a sample of 131 Czech university medical students. Statistically significant correlations have been found predominantly with the more experience-determined traits than with those considered to be more genetically determined.
This finding is interpreted as supporting the logotherapeutic conception of specific kind of independence as well as interaction between the ''meaning-in-life'' quality and personality dimensions
