Abstract

The aim of the study was (a) description of medical students academic achievement after finishing the first four semesters, (b) exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis of examination results relationship, (c) testing the relationship between medical students academic performance and parents educational level using covariance structure modeling. The sample constituted 92 students (40 males, 52 females) admitted to the 3(rd) Faculty of Medicine, UK on the basis of written examination (biology, physics, chemistry)
