Problems associated with complications of anaesthesia during surgical operations in aesthetic plastic surgery

Abstract

The authors draw attention to some possible complications which may develop doing anaesthesia used in aesthetic plastic surgery and demonstrate them on the case-history of a patient with transitory postoperative myocardial ischaemia. They discuss also the problem of ambulatory and semi- ambulatory anaaesthesia and surgery.
