Expression Pattern of Dipeptidyl peptidase IV activity and/or structure homologues in cancer

Abstrakt

This review summarizes up to now knowledge about functions and expression pattern of dipeptidyl peptidase IV activity and/or structure homologues (DASH). Furthermore this review describes deregulation of DASH expression pattern in human tumours and the pro-oncogenic and anti-oncogenic role od dipeptidyl peptidase IV and fibroblast activation protein alpha in cancer biology
