The chapter gives an overview of surgical reconstruction of hypospadias. It addresses preoperative consideration of the anomaly and indication for surgery.
It describes in details the reconstructive procedures mostly used by paediatric urologists, including postoperative care and possible complications. The chapter is supplied by several diagrams showing detailed sequences of surgical performance.
