Abstract
Authors recapitulate results of project and tender of Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs (MoLSA) conducted by Czech Medical Association of J. E.
Purkyne in the years of 2007–2008, aimed to prepare high quality professional medical data, in which there would be reflected medical science progress in functional assessment of health state and work ability related to International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF). At the same time they present basic principles of ICF.
