Inhibition of hill reaction in spinach chloroplasts by substituted A-benzylsalicylamides

Abstrakt

N-benzylsalicylamides were prepared and their photosynthesis-inhibiting activity was investigated. The compounds were found to be effective inhibitors of the photosynthetic electron transport.
