Effect of auxins on the production of coumarins in the suspension culture of Angelica archangelica L.

Abstract

Auxins 2,4-D, NAA, IAA a IBA, each at concentrations 0.2, 2, 10 a 20 mg/l, cultivation in the dark and in the light production of coumarins in angelica cultures. The production is comparable in the dark and light.

The best production at 0.2 mg/l NAA
