Auxins 2,4-D, NAA, IAA and IBA, each at concentrations of 0.1, 1 and 10 mg/l, in callus cultures of rhubarb. The highest growth with 1 mg/l 2,4-D and 10 mg/l NAA, the best anthraquinone production with 1 and 10 mg/l NAA, 1 mg/l IAA, 0.1 mg/l IBA
