The effect of receptor-specific binding on the distribution and elimination of 90-Y-DOTA-Tyr(3)-octreotate in rats

Abstrakt

The contribution of receptor-specific binding on distribution and elimination of90-Y-DOTA-Tyr(3)-octreotate was determined in rats. Binding to somatostatin receptors altered not only distribution profile but also elimination pathways of the agent
