Abstract
Antifungal activities of hydroxylated (E)-3-phenyl-1-pyrazin-2-ylpropen-1-ones were determined in vitro. The potency of the studied compounds was comparable to that of chalcone, but they were weaker inhibitors of fungal growth than ketoconazole
