Determination of minocycline, tetracycline, epitetracycline and doxycycline antibiotics in hospital and municipal wastewaters in Coimbra by liquid chromatography with fluorescence detection

Abstract

A new analytical method was devepoled for determination of 4 tetracycline antibiotics in wastewaters; the antibiotics were determined in wastewater samples from 4 hospitals and in influent and effluent from wastewater treatment plant and efficiency of treatment process was evaluated
