Abstrakt
The aim of this study was to characterize Transkarbam 12 and its impurities by the means of MS and MS/MS spectra and to develop and validate the LC/MS method suitable for routine monitoring of these impurities. Suitable chromatographic conditions for separation of all substances and also the parameters of MS detector for maximum sensitivity were found.
This method was validated with respect to the selectivity, linearity, precision, accuracy and the stability of the samples.
