DPPH radical scavenging activity of several naturally occuring coumarins and their synthesized analogs measured by the SIA method

The present paper deals with the application of an automated DPPH method, based on the sequential injection analysis system (SIA) equipped with a spectrophotometric DAD; to show advances of this method, in this study, we have evaluated DPPH radical scavenging activity of 25 compounds using the SIA method; the goup of tested compounds included sic naturally occuring and 22 synthesized coumarins
