Effects of selected cytostatic drugs on carbonyl reducing enzymes in human breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells

Incubation of human breast carcinoma MCF-7 cells with cytostatic drug doxorubicin as well as oracin cause significant increase of velocity of reduced oracin (DHO) enantiomers formation in cytosolic and microsomal fractions
