Abstract
The chiral HPLC method was developed to enable the separation of reduced flubendazole enantiomers, hydrolyzed flubendazole and flubendazole. Stereospecifiry in the enzymatic carbonyl reduction of flubendaole was observed both in pig and pheasant in vitro
