Glycyrrhiza glabra in vitro - the study of the content substances

Abstract

Glycyrrhizine and glycyrrhetine were not detected in callus culture of Glycyrrhiza glabra after TLC examination. Glycyrrhetine was determined only by HPLC-UV method.
