Metabolite profile of sibutramine in human urine: a liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometric study

Abstrakt

Approach to detection and structural characterization of unknown metabolites of sibutramine in human urine using LC-MS is presented. The usefulness of the chemical derivatization for estimation of the site of glucuronidation is demonstrated.
