Purification and characterization of an oxidoreductase in human liver cytosol participating in carbonyl reduction of the tobacco-specific nitrosamine NNK
Abstract
In the present investigation, a member of the aldose reductase subfamily, AKR1B10, was purified from human liver cytosol in its native form. Enzyme has been characterized by enzymatic efficiency for its specific substrates
