Receptor-mediated endocytosis of monoclonal antibody AntiCD66 radiolabelled with 111In and 90Y in opossum kidney cell line

Abstrakt

The aim of our study was to determine in vitro the kinetics of the cell uptake of radiolabelled monoclonal antibody a,b,c,e-(NHCSNH-PhCH2PO(OH)CH2-DO3A)2-3 (AntiCD66) radiolabelled with 111In usable for radioimmunoscintigraphy and with 90Y utilizable for radioimmunotherapy.
