Direct administration of rutin does not protect against catecholamine cardiotoxicity

Abstrakt

Intravenous administration of rutin did not protect myocardium against application of isoprenaline (100 mg.kg-1, s.c.). Rather, rutin seemed to aggravate the injury in the dose of 46 mg.kg-1.
