Abstract
Case report describes a case 33leté woman with several years of continuing krustózními speeches on the face, the upper half of the trunk, less on extremities as repeatedly positive ANA antibodies in the serum. Clinical diagnosis puchýřnatého rare diseases (pemphigus erythematosus) was established in 2005, histopathological and immunofluorescence examination.
The patient is treated with combined immunosuppressive therapy, which stabilized the disease, but relapse occur irregularly. This article aims to highlight the rare variant puchýřnatého disease.
