Treatment with azathioprine and cyclic methylprednisolone has little or no effect on bioactivity in anti-interferon beta antibody-positive patients with multiple sclerosis

Abstrakt
The positivity of anti-interferon beta antibodies in patients from 12 Czech MS centres treated by concomittant immunosupressive treatment was 3-4 times lowered compared to patients treated only by interferons beta.The results differ from the results detected in Danish MS patients.
