Abstract

Palliative treatment of patients with inoperable bladder cancer should lead up to enhancement their quality of life. We reduce to praxis radiotherapy (60-66Gy) after previous transurethral resection of the tumor.

We can use systemic chemotherapy in accordance with a condition of the patient. In case of the persistent bleeding of the tumor we use supraselective embolization of bladder arteries.
