Abstract

Myotonic dystrophy type 2 (DM2) is an autosomal dominant multisystem disorder that manifests itself as myotonia, weakness, cataracts, impaired testicular function, impaired glucose tolerance, hypogammaglobulinemia, and heart conduction defects.
