Abstract
The authors tried to fill the gap in the Czech pneumological literature, which to our knowledge no longer exists in this topic devoted to a separate publication. In the introduction, it is impossible not to mention some terminological problems that we encountered.
Czech literature, for example, lacks an adequate translation of the English "lung trap".
