Differentiated parosteal osteosarcoma of fibula

Publication at Second Faculty of Medicine |
2003

Abstract

The contribution describes radiological findings on X-ray pictures, those obtained by computer tomography and magnetic resonance in a 32-year man affected by parosteal osteosarcoma of fibula. After a radical surgical intervention a control MR examination did not show any tumor relapse, but it developed later during adjuvant therapy half a year after the surgery; it was also confirmed by the control MR examination.

A new radical operation followed.
