Abstract
Impaction of permanent teeth is mostly the result of external mechanical factors action. Markedly smaller group form children with multiple impaction of permanent teeth in which are external factors absent.
In these cases is this disorder explained either by joining with some general systemic disease or by genetic determination. Authors present clinical experiences with diagnostics and treatment of children with these rare disorders.
