Abstract
Fecal incontinence represents one of the consequences of congenital anorectal malformations (CAM) which continues in some patients even after surgeries performed due to malformation and reconstructions. Implantation of artificial bowel sphincter (ABS) is a new solution not yet proved in daily practice.
