Abstract

883 / 5000 Výsledky překladu The topic of the crisis of middle age is widely mentioned in Western countries, but almost unknown in our country. Not because it doesn't exist here, but because it's not written or talked about.

As if the age between thirty-fifths and fifty years of age was taboo. Public education in the field of psychology and psychiatry has so far led to depression, schizophrenia and Alzheimer's disease, three major diseases that devastate human destiny.

More subtle topics, such as middle age and the psychological problems associated with it, have not yet occurred, although they concern a much larger number of people than the psychiatric illnesses mentioned. The authors want to fill this gap in the public consciousness, help readers to orientate themselves in middle-aged life situations and introduce them to the possibilities of how to deal with them effectively.

The book will be used by those interested in popular psychology, middle-aged readers with an interest in better understanding and managing their lives.
