Abstract

The possibility of practicing sport and has for young people with cardiovascular disease extraordinary importance both in terms of physical development, and in terms of psychosocial classification. exercise or sports are the best prevention of unwanted obesity, increase confidence and facilitate social contacts. Physical activity must be understood in the broad context of life style that a child initially obtained mainly by family patterns.

Adequate physical activity allows children to physiological development and has an important educational component. Moving and recreational sports activity the child acquires the character qualities such as courage, confidence and interpersonal ability communication.

From this perspective it is also clear that congenital heart defects should be corrected surgery or catheter intervention in time to the child as soon as possible could participate in mainstream sporting activities.
